Speeding Tickets

Up to 10 mph over the speed limit	Use $2.00 per M.P.H. + $125.00 Court Costs	Example: 62 mph in a 55 mph zone = 7 mph over speed limit x $2 mile = $14 + $125 = $139
If 11 mph or more over speed limit	Use $3.00 per M.P.H. + $125.00 Court Costs	Example: 75 mph in a 55 mph zone = 20 mph over speed limit x $3.00 mile = $60 + $125 = $185
In Construction Zone Up to 10 mph over the speed limit	Use $4.00 per M.P.H. + $125.00 Court Costs	Example: 62 mph in a 55 mph zone = 7 mph over speed limit x $4 mile = $32 + $125 = $157
